Welcome to Valens
HR is not just about hiring and firing…it’s about people and resources. And getting it right translates to higher employee engagement and productivity, increased profitability, and reduced legal risk. Similarly, Union Education is not just about providing facts…it’s about identifying the issues that your people believe an outside third party can solve. Valens, and its subsidiary, HR Logix, provide the guidance, tools, technology, and expertise necessary to help position your business for sustainable long-term growth. Here’s how we do it:
- We Listen…to what you need and want for your business.
- We Learn…everything about your business, its culture and people.
- We Understand…that you require practical, legally-compliant solutions for every situation.
- We Perform…services by the most responsive, accomplished, and personable experts.
- We Deliver Quality Results…without any complicated jargon complicated processes.
