Meet Tracy, Founder and CEO
Tracy is an accomplished Employment and Labor Law attorney and HR Expert with over 30 years of experience. A seasoned professional with a workforce-centric perspective, Tracy held leadership roles within the HR, Legal, and Labor Relations’ Departments of public and private employers in the banking, retail, distribution, transportation, logistics, higher education, real estate, emergency/governmental services, and healthcare industries.
She launched Valens to provide entrepreneurs and businesses with the tools and resources necessary to confidently navigate through the complex maze of HR and union-avoidance.
Tracy has worked with major corporations including Walt Disney World Resorts, Rite Aid Corporation, Penske Truck Leasing, and Penske Logistics.
She grew up on her family’s farm in Central Pennsylvania and completed all of her education (including a J.D. from Widener University) on nights and weekends while holding down a full-time career and raising her family which includes 2 daughters, Kylie and Remy, and a son, Tyler. Tracy enjoys live music and traveling, and is passionate about water and wildlife conservation, volunteering with West Orange Habitat for Humanity and other local non-profits.
